How should I talk about DEIB?
In the 6th episode, “What’s in a Name?,” Lucy and Missy discuss the history of DEIB, its roots in affirmative action, how DEIB acronyms have changed, and how they might be currently changing right now. They also discuss other DEI-related “flagged” or “semi-banned” words coming from the Trump administration.
