The Americans with Disabilities Act & Veterans

The Americans with Disabilities Act, also known as ADA, is a Federal level civil rights law intended to protect people with disabilities from discrimination, both inside and outside of the workplace (ADA.gov).

The ADA was created with the intent to guarantee that people who are disabled have access to the same rights and services that others have within society.
