Making inequities visible.

Centering cultural inquiry.

Creating impactful change.

Founded by two PhD anthropologists, Willing Observers LLC works with individuals and organizations to help them develop cultural competencies that foster inclusion and equity. We know that inequities are often difficult to change, because they are embedded in culture and appear normative. Our mission is to train individuals to notice inequities and enable them to become effective change agents in the workplace and in society.
